We arrive in Albuqurque a few days earlier to
fit in some sightseeing. First up, a drive to Santa Fe
to see the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and wander around a
bit. All paintings below, not otherwise labeled, were
done by Georgia O'Keefe. It's interesting how much her
work evolved from her early days! Also, surprised to
learn she didn't really like painting flowers, but did it to
help make New Yorkers stop to look. We were not able to
fit in a visit to her home and studio in Abiquiu, but drove a
bit in that direction to experience some of the landscape that
so inspired her...
