Ikenobo Workshop

We enjoyed a 3 day workshop with visiting Professor Chizuko Goto.  The first day she covered rikka shimputai with a small group.  That was followed by a larger group for rikka shofutai, and the largest group for recent trends in jiyuka or free style.
