The Garden Museum Hiei

Expecting rain in the afternoon, we took the bus up Mt. Hiei to a rather new garden installed by a French gardner inspired by impressionist paintings. Copies various impressionist paintings are scattered throughout the various gardens on the top of the mountain. Once the rain moved in we headed downhill to the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art and National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.
